Payment: Costs for staff time $17.00/hr, copying $0.50/copy, postage and other cost related to complying with request must be paid prior to receipt of information. The minimum charge will be for a 30 minute research time. (However, for information requiring less than (5) minutes of staff time, the charge will be limited to copying cost only.) Staff time will otherwise be charged at fifteen (15) minute intervals. When exact cost cannot be determined prior to fulfilling request, an estimate will be provided. Computer generated report charges will include a City's cost for staff, equipment, and supplies.
My signature indicates that I have read and understand the City Policy for Public Records Request. I further understand that the actual cost of compliance with my request, if granted, shall be borne by me, including mailing cost, if applicable.
